What to expect:
Anyone who is new to Grind House Fitness will get the opportunity to start with a FREE one-on-one Consultation with one of our dedicated coaches. The purpose of this session is for you to experience Grind House, determine the best path to your personal success, and to show you what our community is all about.
During your FREE session:
- We will watch part of a class (or participate as appropriate) so that you can experience what our community, culture and how classes are structured.
- We will get to know you and your fitness goals, past experiences and expectations
- We will provide an overview of our training methodology
- Answer any questions/concerns you may have
- Find out if you are ready to begin your journey.
