Although Weightlifting is an individual sport and you alone are making the 6 lifts that determine success or failure, it is important to have a support system behind you. Training in a team based environment creates camaraderie and pushes you to excel more so than you may encounter alone. Here at Grind House Barbell Saturdays serve as a team wide training session. All athletes regardless of skill level or program do the same workout together. If you train in a garage or on your own find the nearest club and ask when you can join a team session to feel the difference in drive and atmosphere.
