Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
The class will focus on those three lifts as well as a host of accessory lifts to increase your overall strength and power. This class is great for anyone looking to utilize a strength specific workout. We encourage EVERYONE to add this to their weekly routine!
Our powerlifting coaches, Sean Henry, Daniel Evans, and Dusty Gibson, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the powerlifting program. All three have coach and/or competed for several years in powerlifting and achieved accolades at high levels in the sport! They are ready and willing to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be, in the sport of powerlifting. From coaching, programming, meet prep, and specialty powerlifting equipment you won’t find anywhere else, Grind House Powerlifting has it all!
If you do not have time to make it to class, no worries! We offer open gym times for ALL of our Powerlifting members to make up their work out at their convenience.
