I just got home from a fun-filled trip to Boston with some great friends. While I enjoyed feasting on Boston delicacies, my body started craving some good ol’ Paleo grub. I managed to whip up a fritatta in under 30 minutes. One thing that bothers me when I attempt to replicate someone’s recipe is that it always seems to take me 3X as long as they say it will. Rest assured, this fritatta can be prepped in less time than it takes your oven to preheat. The fritatta can be made with any combination of meat and veggies. The creative possibilities are endless!
